A new generation of direct-action pigments created specifically for coloring eyebrows. Long-lasting saturated shades. Provides extra-bright, long-lasting coloring, leaving a mark on the skin (a tattoo effect), to create any eyebrow shape. The direct-action pigment does not need to be mixed with an oxidizing emulsion or activator.
