DE LUXE PASTEL color-care is used on a bleached base. It is mixed with 3% oxidizing emulsion in a 1:1 ratio, or with 1.5% activator in a 1:2 ratio. Processing time: 20 min. The shades of DE LUXE PASTEL color-care can be mixed with each other.It is not recommended to add DE LUXE PASTEL color-care to the main palette.
