STEP 0.1: PRE-TREATMENT FOR WEAKENED HAIR BEFORE A PERM.
Replenishes the deficit of structural components in damaged areas of the hair thanks to the deep penetration of hydrolyzed proteins and amino acids, preparing the hair for a perm.
Application: wash the hair with ESTEL deep cleansing shampoo. Apply the reconstructor evenly along the entire length of the hair, paying special attention to the most damaged areas. Leave for 15–20 minutes. Rinse. Proceed with the perm.
